The Delaware INBRE Centralized Shared Resources Core (CSR) has several mechanisms to facilitate its affiliated cores.
The DE-INBRE Core Facility Voucher Program (previously called the Core Access Award), supported by NIGMS P20GM103446, is available to provide access to Instrumentation and Research Services Cores (see list here). In the past, vouchers have been used to test proof of concept or provide additional data for publication or grants. Funds must be used within six months of award date and may not exceed $4,000.
An investigator can only receive one Voucher or Multi Core Voucher per funding cycle (May 1 – April 30 each year). A full budget must be provided in the application and costs exceeding $4,000 must be co-funded by the applicant’s institution. Applications will be reviewed on the 1st and 15th of each month, and awardees will be notified by Delaware INBRE staff upon completion of leadership review.

Core Facility Vouchers for projects requiring access to Healthcare Claims Data
- A new request for applications for the DE-INBRE Core Facility Voucher Program in the amount of $10,000 per project are available to provide access to Delaware Healthcare Claims Data (HCCD). Data will be deidentified. Please see the HCCD Standard, Deidentified Data Dictionary for data elements that are available. Project topics must be submitted and screened prior to June 12, 2023, and then final full submissions via Piestar are due prior to June 19, 2023.
